Hotel room rate $105.00 + tax (single or double).

Last date to reserve rooms at the conference rate: April 12, 2008.
- All reservations after this date will be accepted on a space available basis only at the hotel's regular rack rate.
- Reservations may be guaranteed by a major credit card or the first night's full deposit.
- Cancellations
- Deposits are refunded or credited only if notice is received 72 hours prior to date of arrival. A cancellation number must be obtained by the guest.
- Government Tax Exempt forms

- If an attendee is eligible to use the form, they must provide the form to the hotel upon checking in.
- The hotel does not provide the forms.
