Each guest of the hotel must identify
themselves as a participant attending

2008 NASA OH Conference.
- Cancellations

Deposits are refunded or credited only if notice is received 24 hours prior to date of arrival.
A cancellation number must be obtained by the guest. If the cancellation deadline is not met
one night’s room and tax will be charged.

Government Tax Exempt forms.

If an attendee is eligible to use the form, they must provide the form to the
hotel upon checking in.
