  • Stress Management
Stress in today's society is unavoidable. Source of an individual's stress may be difficult to identify and often our efforts are better directed at implementing successful stress management techniques rather than at stress reduction. The level of stress you allow in your life is determined by you. Take this Interactive Questionnaire to assess your skills in managing stress and to identify stressors specific to your life.
  • Healthier NASA by Choice

  • Weight Management
Distribution of the Comparative Weight Management and Diet Plan pamphlets.
  • Go Red for Women

" Go Red For Women" helps raise women's awareness of cardiovascular disease that kills nearly 500,000 women each year and empowers women to reduce their risk. Corporations across America are helping to spread these important messages about women and heart health. National Wear Red Day will be on Feb. 4, 2005 or the company can identify a day of their choice to Wear Red. The NASA agency is working with the AHA in an effort to implement Go Red, throughout the agency, sometime in 2005. This will be a new component of the HealthierNASA campaign. For information about our effort, keep checking this site or contact us. For general information about "Go Red", contact your local American Heart Association or call 1-888-MY HEART.
