Nutrition Tip of the Week
Eating five to nine servings of fruits and vegetables every day is important to maximizing your health. A serving of fresh fruit, raw leafy vegetables, or chopped raw vegetables is about the size of a baseball; whereas, a serving of cooked vegetables is the size of half of a baseball.
